Our Story
2019
How we met
Laura and Alex met the traditional way of course, through Tinder. Their courting involved a unique blend of top banter and alcoholic beverages.
May 2021
Moving in together
In May of 2021, Alex & Laura made the huge transition of moving from deep Hove, to Hove; setting up home in their boujee Regency townhouse (2 bed flat).
2022
Adventures together
Alex and Laura got a bit bored of hanging around the flat, so decided to adventure further afield...
2023
...making new friends along the way.
Feb 2024
Putting a ring on it
After many months of playing chicken to see who would propose first, Laura decided to make an honest man of Alex and proposed immediately following a giant curry.
2025+
And the adventure continues...
We can't wait to celebrate our love with you all, and we hope you can join us!
The Plan
1.30 - 1.50pm
Arrival
Guests arrive at Brighton Town Hall and make their way to the Council Chambers (first floor) from 1.30 - 1.50pm.
2pm
Ceremony
The ceremony will begin at 2pm.
3pm
Walk to reception
Guests and the newly married couple will then walk via the promenade to Pier Court (formally known as Patterns) which is a 10-minute walk along the seafront.
5.30pm
Dinner
Following drinks on the terrace, dinner will be served around 5:30pm.
8pm
Evening reception
Evening guests can arrive from 8pm onwards and the party will continue until late!
